30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@kleanglow.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement immediately at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or opened cannot be returned unless they are defective. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
