Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping in the UAE?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the UAE. Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UAE delivery: 2–5 business days. Express delivery options are available at checkout for next-day delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship across the UAE. International shipping to GCC countries is coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

Products & Usage

How do I use the ice roller?

Store your ice roller in the freezer for 30 minutes before use. Glide gently over cleansed skin in upward and outward motions for 5–10 minutes. Use morning and evening for best results.

How often should I use the gua sha?

We recommend using your gua sha 3–5 times per week. Always apply a facial oil or serum first to allow the tool to glide smoothly. Results are typically visible within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! All Klean Glow tools are designed to be gentle and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have a specific skin condition, please consult your dermatologist before use.

How do I clean my skincare tools?

Clean your tools after each use with a gentle soap and warm water, or a mild antibacterial spray. Pat dry and store in the provided pouch or case.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we’ll send you a replacement immediately, no questions asked.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery (COD) for UAE orders.
